Mobilization Begins

We intend to begin construction mobilization on September 3rd.  What this means is you will begin to see fencing being installed, grading activity and moving of dirt, and removal of trees and structures on all Nook lots. We then intend to begin building construction activities on our largest building on 8th Street in a few weeks. We expect construction to take 25 months to complete all buildings and site work.

We understand that traffic and vehicle access will be very important to manage. Please know that we are closely coordinating with Pine Elementary and especially with all neighbors that are adjacent to our construction. Please see the below map to learn more about how we are managing site access. Once grading and dirt work is complete, it is our intent to do our best to avoid entering construction zones off streets directly adjacent to Pine Elementary and use alleys as much as possible.
