Planning Board Update

Our TIF application was approved on August 2. The Final Plat and Zoning items have been laid over to the September Planning Board meeting for review of nook’s stormwater design.

September Planning Board for nook is taking place at 1:00 pm on September 6th in the Legislative Chambers (LC Level) of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street.
