An edgy, creative name and a look to match.

When we acquired an old warehouse property near Saddle Creek and Pacific Streets, we had a vision for a simple, clean and crisp Bauhaus approach to a project. To meet the varied desires of our customers, we built a row of 24 townhome-style dwellings, each with its own front door and porch, in addition to a traditional apartment building with 134 units and modern amenities. The site perfectly bridges the hustle and bustle of Saddle Creek with the serenity of the Morton Meadows neighborhood.
