Dizzy Mule is a cornerstone of the Millwork Commons district in historic downtown Omaha, NE.

The heart of our community rests in a historic timber-framed warehouse built by M.A. Disbrow & Co. Operating for nearly a century in Omaha, Disbrow & Co. specialized in the creation of millwork ornamentation— from Dutch doors to staircases to entire front porches— which helped shape American architectural trends.

The 172 apartment homes are a celebration of grit, art, and local craftsmanship.
