With the SoMa Rowhouses in place, the desire for a home higher in the air to take full advantage of the amazing downtown views was evident. Our first buyer had us hoist him up on a lift so he could see what his future view would be. After being 60' in the air, he hollered down, "I'm in! Ready to sign!"

With SoMa Lofts we created an urban-style loft with some units having a two-level living space and a vast outdoor entertaining area. As the project filled up, we gave the building an art allowance so the homeowners could curated the art to represent their tastes.
