With SoMa, we wanted to create an urban environment that maintained a semblance of the close-knit feel and front porch vibes of Omaha’s midtown area. The rowhouse concept was perfect with its rooftop decks, elevating the front porch 30 feet in the air.

The amenity space and community garden are the ideal places to gather and build a sense of community. SoMa is the perfect blend of style and livability.

Fun Fact: Early in the project, the homes sold so fast that the purchasers were willing to wait 18 months before they would be complete.
